I do ask to have paypal sent first since I have many more paypal exchanges then you do.
Not for the entire amount will do small amount first if that is ok with you.

Nobody will do 1:1 because of the risks involved.
My rates are for newbies who can not get anybody to trust them with this method of payment.

I am fully aware of this and willing to take on these red flag risks. That is why I charge what I charge for a first time trade with anyone. So I can get a feel of who I am dealing with.
I received a pm from him. I pm'd him back but no response yet. I gave him a different rate because of these blaring facts that stick out like a sore thumb. But I will do this and wait and see what comes out of it.

Exactly. No one is forcing you to trade with them.
But if you can not find a buyer (which I think you will be hard pressed to in dealing with paypal that isn't a scammer and at even exchange )
then my thread is always opened and my rates for your member ranking is firm.
