It becomes a bit clearer why so many early adopters have landed up in jail when they can just fabricate anything they want,
You could imagine they where over worked and they mistook me for someone else or something like that,
but when you read the police report it appears written by a group of people brainstorming to try to make it
appear as bad as possible, considering i did nothing and they have to make up a charge which involves
virtually no evidence besides the statements of 2 policemen (1 is a woman).

This doesn't really explain anything other than you saying that someone has brought charges against you, and there isn't anything that justifies or criminalizes you. For all we know you did something that was actually illegal. There simply isn't enough substance right here.

The police force here can be just plain thugs who can always make a report look the way they want it to.
Could you please give us some specifics of your case so we don't get caught up in the same mess, what exactly happened to you?

When it comes to any business on the internet that is not defined, the overhanded can come in and scrape you financially and leave you in a state of disarray. Would like more details as well, till then it reads more like a rant and I do not think you intended to read such a way.
Sorry to read you are having issues,Australia has been a little aggressive lately towards these sorts of things and its a shame. They seem to make their mind up and that is that and keep the stiff upper lip so to say in any reaction to their overzealous nature.

Australian government just wants some of your sweet coins to auction off, as you know they are in need of some cash On what grounds do they have to prosecute you? Only the statements of two officers?

Sorry to hear that Could you at least say what they are charging you with? I understand that you might not want to give away too many details, but this is very confusing without some sort of back story...

Soo i do believe those woman were your girlfriend or your neighbour, because makes no sense someone attack you without any evidence, i do hope you are well with those situation, as you said they got nothing to charge, soo if they made confusion you will get paid or should because they are disturbing your life. Soo instead of those police searching for bad people they are hunting bitcoiners?

So this is a bullshit thread, then? The only thing I see being fabricated is OP's claim unless he provides proof to the contrary.

Did they charged you because of your using bitcoin? How did they find out that you are a bitcoin user and is bitcoin illegal in Australia? And this is true where from they can know if you're bitcoiners? seems like about the illegal or not in AU is so vague for me there is no clear statement about that.

You could imagine they where over worked and they mistook me for someone else or something like that,
Ordinarily I couldn't say this without knowing exactly what you're accused of, but I'm pretty sure they got the right guy in this case. virtually no evidence besides the statements of 2 policemen (1 is a woman).
Poor legal strategy #43: Move to exclude evidence on the grounds that the witness has a vagina. (It turns out that that's not actually valid grounds to exclude evidence in any court in Australia.) But I am not a lawyer, so feel free to ignore my advice. Like everyone else in the thread, I'd like more details. Hopefully sufficient detail to know which court is hosting a free comedy show. If I'm in the area, I'll be sure not to miss it.

Yeah I would love some more details on this one. It's not un-common for the police to lie in court if they needed to search a residence/ car but couldn't get the proper warrant. (I'm assuming something like that happened here)
