Ditto. Just got back the replacement for the dead batch-1 board that I sent in, plugged into a batch-11 (BitmainWarranty got that board on Sat.) miner here at work and so far running perfect.
For those wondering, I'm headed out of town for the week and needed to get the replacement board online before I go...

Yeah So far bitmainwarranty has been good to me.

I am waiting for more parts and will have extra controllers and fans on hand.

Since I will have two miners out of warranty with extra boards I will also try to get my mod idea to work. It would make for a  nice miner.

A 1 board  s9 .

You would need an s9 to start.

Pull a board from it add a controller and fans.  about 175 in parts.

you end up with the oem as a two board miner.

you end up with the mod as a one board quieter miner.  The cost is 175-200 and a smaller 600 watt psu will be needed.  If you are like me you have it laying around.

May sound dumb but if you have multiple s9's  you will have a spare controller on hand.

Just take the hashboard out of the mod and add it back to the 2 board  s9.

then pull the controller and replace the dead one.

It also allows for 2 locations. for your s9  the 2 board and the one board.  I hope to get parts and show the mod soon.

Guys I'm going to send my two boards to Hong Kong for repair under warranty.
I didn't find any tutorial or something like that for my ticket to be completed and here's the question:

I think I should enter here the tracking number that DHL gave to me right ?
Sorry for my English and not understanding of obvious things.

Yes.

For shippment Tracking Number I use EMS.    Their shipping  form number are also tracking  number. So I write in field traking number before shipping.
Thank you a lot, I'm going to use EMS also. It's cheaper than any other carrier from my country to Hong Kong

For those wanting to return boards to Hong Kong I suggest you email support@bitmain.com before you do so. They will run through some troubleshooting steps then if that doesn't work they will send you the very specific documentation on how to return the board. I suggest you read it. You will also have a ticket number to reference in the future.

FYI the instructions they send you are here: https://cnshop.bitmain.com/workOrderGuide.htm

Packing guide here: https://youtu.be/Z0LdykALhxI

But I still recommend you open a ticket with support first.
