My story from July guys.

All is fine until you get a winning streak.

Long story short, I was betting kind of high stakes, 1 btc per bet then repeat the bet at the revised odds. Sometimes I would bet 3-5 times the same bet. It was live betting, with the acceptance delay and odds adjustment it would take 30-90 seconds between each bet, sometimes minutes.
This way, I lost  all my bankroll a couple of times. Then the next day I deposited, I got a winning streak and ended up with 17btc balance.
I was using the same betting style I used to lose everything, no problems back then, but when I won they said I am not allowed to ''bet more than once per bet'', that I exploited their system. Let me note here, many other bookmakers (Sbobet, Pinnaclesports, maxbet to name but a few) operate on a similar model. They have a maximum win amount for a line, and after accepting a bet there, they recalculate their position, lower their odds if need be, and let you bet again on the new line. Mbit lines operated in a similar way, as sometimes odds were dropped a little after my bet, or closed for a minute or two. When the revised line was available again, I attempted another bet and such a bet sometimes was rejected.
Daily small withdrawals were being made, so they were checking my account daily and could see the action.
They also said I lost on purpose, like I know the future or something (odds were fair line, market average not even market top), they gave me 2 btc for my troubles, closed my account and wrote off the remaining 15btc.
They took their sports platform down since then. Their risk management is to blame I guess, but how is it my fault I wonder.

Mbit was happy to accept my losing bets and after I won a bit they cancelled the winnings. They took the risk and they were getting the rewards up until the point where they lost.
They chose not to take responsibility, they blamed me, they freerolled me  and showed me the door.

Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! Unlike a bank account, nobody can help you if you lose access to your BTC.

That is really bad to take away your winnings, but when players lose, they doesn't say anything and just take away players money.

I haven't had any such experience on mbit despite having gambled 5-6 btc on it. I have posted on their thread to respond to this accusation.

Avoid this scam, 15 btc is a lot of money, mbit casino, bitstarz, so many. I am angry.

How does Bitstarz come into play here? Its a different site altogether.

Thanks for that, but it still is a different site.
Also it seems there is a lot of complaining on the Mbit original thread. Other people seem to have problems too.

Uh uh so that is why they closed the sportsbook abruptly  Shocked

Can you provide screenshots (hide the sensitive parts) and some stuff to back this?

As for the aforementioned review, the issue lay in the fact the player did not read our terms and conditions. When playing with a bonus, the maximum bet allowed is 25 mBTC. As the player mentioned himself in the review, his bets were way too large.

Where is that from?
I never took a bonus, and my sports bets were usually around 1btc

Hi,

To reply to this user's complaint, we have had a sportsbook (or an attempt thereof) in place some months ago that was opened to our users including antdee. Within a sportsbook there is always risk management in place to ensure fair play, and antdee is the kind of player that was constantly at odds with our initial risk mechanism. What he would do is push bets at high speed where half was rejected and the other half was accepted (which should have hinted at the fact that this wasn't ordinary play) - in order to circumvent the existing risk management. He would mostly bet on lower division games where our risk management was particularly poor, and ramp up a balance quickly.

We had all of antdee's history analyzed by some of the most prominent betting names in the industry to make sure that we were doing right by the player. We then contacted the user and let him know what happened and why his betting patterns were suspicious, as well as that our risk management wasn't adequately equipped to deal with it yet. Rather than closing his account which is what any other bookmaker would have done, we realized that we were learning from his activity just as well and decided to give him 2 BTC for the sub par betting experience instead. The winnings that the user received were never legitimate and in clear violation of our sportsbook terms and conditions.

Please be thoroughly aware that we admitted mistake to him, which is why we're surprised that this thread is opened. Especially when we offered 2 BTC as a settlement for our inadequate risk management while a lot of winnings had already been cashed out successfully. The player accepted the 2 BTC in a written statement that we both have on file and can be shared with the community if user wishes to do so.

User is welcome to write us if there are any further questions, as we will make no further public comments on a sportsbook that has since been discontinued due to inadequate functionalities.

I answered on the other thread.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1477088.120

Yes I took the deal, they are were holding all my winnings and treating me like a cheater, like a criminal.
They held all the cards, to do with my money as they please. What could I do?
I took some of my winnings, 2BTC out of 17.xxxBTC , better than nothing, does that mean they treated me right?

@antdee - As you well know you have been paid 7 BTC in winnings while none of the winnings were actually justified and 2 BTC in this transaction - the reason being that it took us a while to understand what you were doing. It seems that all you do is seek out flaws in risk management to gain an edge at bookmakers, and that is not the type of sports betting we can continuously condone.

Regardless, we apologize for having provided you with a sub par gaming experience. If your hope is that we will pay out a bettor that has broken our terms and conditions in such a blatantly obvious way, please know that we are unable to help you further. 2 months ago now we clearly settled on the dispute, and it's disappointing to see that we made an error trusting your words.

Mbit, you do not get to talk about trust. It is me that trusted you to book my bets and you did not do that.

You bullied me into that agreement, of course  am not honouring it. You took 17BTC , i had no way to get them back, and then said ''Do you agree to get 2, we keep the rest and then we all forget about it? We will all be cool after that!''
Shame on me to not honour than agreement!
Maybe a robber can ask somebody under gunpoint to sign a contract and transfer all his assets over.

Blockchain doesn't open for me at the moment, if memory serves i received a total of 17 coins of withdrawals and deposited 13.5. So the number of past winnings is not 7, its less.
I can correct this later but it doesn't really matter.

I never really expected to get paid when I opened this thread. I mean, there is a hope but an unrealistic one. I just could not resist seeing you advertising here and I decided to dedicate some time to say my story.

You say I seek flaws, I say I am winning. And you are treating my like 99% of the betting industry treats winners. You kicked me out. All the bookmakers want only losers. There are big losers, small losers, addicted losers, all the kinds are welcome to bookmakers. Just don't show them you have a clue about betting cause then they kick you out.

But you took it further like the scammer bookmakers do. You also voided my winnings.

You mention your terms and conditions, what a joke. All bookmakers terms and conditions are blatantly unfair. In a court of law they are illegal. First thing a judge does is render the T & Cs null for being unfair.

Enjoy the amount of time you bookmakers and casinos got left. Bitcoin will wipe you all out in the end, we will gamble decentralised between us , there will be no need to pay juice to the likes of you.
Of course you will close doors much earlier because are a scam casino and people are finding out.
But even the reputable ''fair'' casinos will get seen for the thieves and criminals they are, the people just need to get educated and presented with a fair alternative.
Someone will code it eventually.

You are scammer, don't argue, if this is your system glitch, you should compensate him all the winnings, his betting way is acceptable in other legit bookies, if you don't pay, therefore you are scam.

I had a small discussion with mbitcasino, and I have reached the conclusion that mbitcasino's actions were not unjustifiable.
