got balance up high enough to cash out and once hit the withdrawal button up pops error message claiming a "bot" is trying to hack account therefor account is banned along with balance......
messaged through contact form to Admin regarding issue but not holding breath. Seems to be a selective scammer.
anyone knows of a better way to contact site operators it would be much appreciated.

Do you have some proof so that if you have then you can message or post proof that your account get banned after winning big amount and if you are trying to withdrew your balance video is more accepted as a reason or proof sometimes before we playing make sure that we have recording apps on our pc when the admin trick as we have evidence. |

That thing should really need to put up so we will believe for this claim and also this section is not even the right section where to post up some scamming scenario happem maybe this thread should be transfer to scam accusation so people who's staying out there will give their right comments about this sadlt situation, but for now you should provide this proof to support your claims and people would believe upon what you are saying against them. |

That sounds wierd. That sounds just like a scam. I have played there never happened. You know you wouldn't have to explain everything. All you needed to post was a screenshot really. Remember a pictures says 1000 words.  show us proof and you were be taken seriously. This accusation is quite outrageous without proof. |

Show some proofs regarding with your scam accusation with satoshimines because if you just use verbal, the possibility of believing you would be slim since you dont have any proofs to such claims. Ive been playing in satoshimines sometimes even with big money to withdraw theres no problem at all. I heard some accusation with these site but no one could show some proofs. |

I'm using satoshimines.com for 6 months and no problem encountered so far. I already wager a total of 0.5btc and easily to cash out. I think OP is just using a bot or any third party app that breaks the policy of the site. Unless he provides a proof for his accusation then maybe i believed on him.

Never had any issue with them i have played few days ago and everything went very well. And actually you can see that there is no official thread for satoshimines here and also no dev or owner here to give any news about it, still there is no issue with their site since now from last 2 year, like you can see with other site, like withdrawal issues, deposit issues bet issues etc.
