Well, a domain listing firm would probably price it for $3000-$5000, but they operate on a crap-shoot of hoping that some of their domains will sell at the exorbitant list prices.
Realistically, if you can find a buyer who has a real business use for the domain you may be able to sell it for about $500 (unless you get lucky).
If you feel you can provide a good service, and compete successfully with rival businesses, developing it may be the best way to go.
Note that I'm not an expert and this is just from my limited knowledge, I could very well be wrong.
EDIT: I didn't notice that it's a .org, for a business that probably reduces the value. As a .org it is perfect for an open-source project though.
