7 hours is almost taking forever, I'm interested as to what they actually would decide after they didn't get the targeted marketcap. the decisions can be crucial to the token's survival, if they pursue and go on to the plan, its going to be riskier for them but challenging.

this is the first time here in bitcointalk? i haven't witness anything like it before.

Inchain dev can postponed the ico for next few months.It is better to wait without cancel the project.Inchain has great plan and experienced team.so i think team will take the right decision.
