Do you know any other ETH escrow operators other than Johann I can contact? This thread seems to be the top authority for the Inchain Eth Refund.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

(everyone wants to be an investor, few know how to use a wallet) Taking care of the big investors first, we made sure to return all substantial ETH investments, and were very successful. The refund was automated, to also be able to economically refund small amounts, within the given deadline. You want me to do research about your sub-ether investment? sure, it is $200 / hour. Anyone have any luck retrieving a refund after the refund closed? I invested ETH, can't find any email or communications about the ETH refund contract other than an old email saying it was coming, and then found this thread months later.
I have contacted the Johann (in charge of escrow?) twice in the past 2 weeks and haven't received a response at all.
Does anyone have any experience receiving a refund after the contract has changed? Did anyone receive communications before the ETH contract about it's availability, usage, and date expectations?

The project probably won't ever see the light because of these developers, and that's very good. This situation saved a lot of people from loss of money as I doubt they would be able to help in any way or raise sufficient funds. There are investors that already give them some money and there were some information that they had problem getting the funds back.
