What would the economy of Bitcoin be like if it were used in virtual online world like Second Life? Would it be more "fun" to spend Bitcoin in a virtual environment?

A Video Game like XBox = Yes for certain
Second life (or similar) I wouldn't really know.
In general, once the money becomes game credits you don't tend to think of it as being real money, so it gets spent faster.

The more you believe in Bitcoin, and the more you show you do to other people, the faster the real value will soar!
