No doubt about bitcoin, a very reliable currency for the future. Simply because once you have it you can transform it into real cash based on the nation you are in.

It all depends upon the user who has the bitcoin in the wallet. Right now what we have got is less access for spending of bitcoin, because we cannot buy what we expect. Can get only the products that were listed to the service. Very few give importance to bitcoin as a payment source rather than an investment asset.

I don't understand why people keep comparing gold to bitcoin within the context of currency. Gold hasn't been used as currency for over a hundred years. People wear gold and the buy it to keep as an investment (store of value). When was the last time you saw some one buying something with gold coins? The only reason gold coins are made is for investment purposes, it's nostalgic to have it in an actual coin form.

Further gold is a metal. Bitcoin is electronic, not tangible, it's different on so many levels.
maybe they use the gold for the basis how much earnings and bitcoin can go. just like what USD is.
but me I don't tolerate to compare it against gold or anything else because they work differently and they are not like each other.

I think bitcoin can compete with gold because bitcoin can be used as a means of payment of examples of goods online or trading can also be an investment, gold now can not be used as a means of payment unless the old days are still barter.

Competing that of course could be because bitcoin prices are very high for now and beyond the gold price Wink

When people compare bitcoin vs gold then they have a reason, and that is bitcoin's price has a power. But i don't want to debate on this big conversation, simply i know about bitcoin, now it is better than gold and bitcoin is really has a sound of money. Only the shape is different of bitcoin because it has no physical appearance like real money.

Yes of course! As the name itself which is "bit" which means digital and "coin" which is money. So obviously is sounds money to everyone who hear about it for the first time. But the main difference to fiat is that it is in the form of digital. So I think I answered your question and I think others will have the same thinking about it.

Yes, that's right. Bitcoin is money since it does really have value and we can able to purchase some goods online and as of now there are already shops or merchants that do accept bitcoin as a payment which means its still a currency but only on digital field. It also has created a strong ground where people are going to be connected with this system, from my point of view is, that since bitcoin is using as a payment tool in many ways.

People usually comparing bitcoin into money the question is why they made bitcoin? Its because human beings desires cash and they make it greater simpler to purchase some thing through digital money and that it bitcoin. Bitcoin is identical as money. Yes, bitcoin sounds money due to the fact they use money to make bitcoin. They immitaite it. But for now on, money is greater normally used by people, thats why bitcoin will transformed into money to purchase something. As a ways as I understand bitcoin will soon to be the cash of the world. They planning it. And bitcoin will erase the paper money to expose itself.

Yes you're right.Bitcoin is extra than cash itself. It can can create a lifetime exchange extra than you expected. It can even trade your point of view in life.Bitcoin turns into an instrument to get you out from poverty.

Bitcoin has value because it likes gold. It has limited quantity and it is accepted by many people. I think unless bitcoin is hacked, it will become one of the most valuable assets in the world

maybe those who argue it still think bitcoin is unsafe and can not be used, they are still afraid of bitcoin transactions, whereas bitcoin is not in control of any bitcoin just in control by market demand.

Of course Bitcoin is sound money. Bitcoin is the current most popular and valuable currency. Bitcoin is now acceptable in most places. I think acceptance will be available to everyone in the future. Bitcoin prices are increasing rapidly everyday. In many countries it can be used as a currency. You can shopping by bitcoin, Paying a restaurant bill. Not only that, You can use Bitcoin as a payment tool for buying a air ticket. That's why we can say Bitcoin is sound money.

We all know that Bitcoin is a worldwide cryptocurrency and digital payment system, which means that we can use it in our daily living. As the years passing by bitcoins evolution is becoming a real money as what others expecting it to happen. For now to use bitcoin you have to convert it to fiat to buy some goods and pay services. So its not just sounds money but its truly a real money but in a digital currency.

From my perspective, it is still money but it is in code. It is an intangible asset but still has its own liquidity, meaning it can be passed on throughout the market which is the internet. It is still money because you can use it the same way you can do with money except that for now not everyone knows what bitcoin is as a cryptocurrency.

The bitcoin vs gold debate has raged on in investment circles since bitcoin has entered mainstream discussion among increasingly interested investors. Gold has been used as a form of currency and trade for thousands of years, and certainly has a track record for reliability and preservation of wealth. However, as the newcomer onto the scene, bitcoin may be the kind of financial and technological breakthrough to to challenge gold as the monetary kingpin.

Early on in its life cycle, seasoned investors began questioning the legitimacy of bitcoin value and debating how such a commodity could hold intrinsic value. What differentiates bitcoin from a mere collectible and what makes it similar to precious metal assets such as gold or silver? Among many circles, especially gold bugs and older-generation investors, bitcoin was not considered a valid investment up until very recently.

Which factors of bitcoin instill this validity of investment?

Watch Video

In my own perception its not the matter of legitimacy and cultural trading, of using gold since from the old generation, but it is the  matter of usefulness into this new generation of technology, the rise up of digital currency  in this modern world.mostly people in this new generation if we heard about bitcoin , first would pop up in our mind it is money in the form of cryptocurrency, and because of this bitcoin help mostly people have turn there way of living from nothing to have something.

I see bitcoin as my money now. I'm earning bitcoin and converting it to our local currency when I am needing a money to spend. If we see a user that is having a large quantity of bitcoin we say that he is rich because his bitcoin is convertible into local currency and turn into money.
