It looks like Claymores Equihash Miner has got more views and thread replies then any of the coins that use the same algorithm, zclassic has almost as many thread posts as this Zcash thread.... It also looks like users enjoy mining for power instead of coins

you're running an mpos based pool.. how have you mangled the payout calculations so bad that you are referring your paying customers to another pools page for estimates?

you're running an mpos based pool.. how have you mangled the payout calculations so bad that you are referring your paying customers to another pools page for estimates?

Those calculations aren't working for sliding rewards,  especially not for coins like zcash with the equihash solutions in the header. What's so bad about whattomine? They specialize in calculations, I specialize in pools and will / can adapt my calculations to them when time makes it possible. I'd generally advise to make your profitability calculations based on an calculator like whattomine as you have endless possibilities there fine tuning your settings with power usage etc

It has halving, just like bitcoin, about every four years. Maximum supply will be about 21 million.

ZEC is so anemic now lol. People just had it dumped out of fomo rage and jealousy.

good, so bigger dump - better pump then. I think a lot of people, who hate zec now will buy it soon with greedy eyes when zec will stat its pump. maybe in some month or a half of the year.
