Get raw transaction JSON-RPC

Doesn't matter if I use verbose or not I cannot get the raw transaction of "aff93d6d1dccb453b52818e931b6435b2ef84b3c386353cd9b027cd7323f5155" even thought it exists in the blockchain https://blockchain.info/tx/aff93d6d1dccb453b52818e931b6435b2ef84b3c386353cd9b027cd7323f5155 and has been included in the block 228966. I am using 0.8.1 and rescanned multiple times. Fork?

Added -txindex=1 -reindex=1 launched it, rebuilt the chain and still get the same error:
