The reason: the developers posted a new node on github, though they signed a non-mandatory update, but oh well. a new node for some reason did not send the pool information that the payment was made, and the pool accordingly waits for confirmation of payment ... then it will do the payment, but since there was no confirmation, all the remaining coins that were supposed to be left for payment remained queue. it helps only the manual restart of payments, but it's bull**** ...
