either you delete everything in your blockchain folder except your wallet file
(this way you force the client to re sync the whole blockchain)

or you copy your wallet file somewhere else and delete the whole LuckChain-Qt5 folder and download the latest version extract it and copy your wallet back into the blockchain folder
(this way it is not necessary to re sync the whole blockchain)
