it is necessary for DEV team to set buy wall to support the token price, today too many icos stop work after DEV get ICO money. Invester shouldn't invest except the new ICO ensure lowest token price protection, otherwise invester shouldn't  invest the new ICO.  Dev become loosen after they get money, they don't work hard to reward invester. Till now I still appreciate the DAO, it is fair ICO because invester can control their money and it will ensure the ICO dev work hard according to their original plan.
