Why go there when there is Liqui? It is young but a decent exchanger. Hopefully vDice will enter Poloniex or other top exchanges soon.

 I think the idea with dividends payments to all holders is not the best one, this will bring very small profits. It would be better if devs could make a lottery (considering this is a gambling token) and the winners will get some good amounts instead of everybody getting some dust payments. ..Suggest making the vote
