where is looking for the private key on btc.com?

I have used wallet BTC from btc.com, but i could not found the private key and the wallet always changing. It was becoming problem for me, because i could not made backup. And i have contacted the support, still there are not the answers. So give me your suggestions what i have to do?, thanks very much.

I guess that's not a very well known wallet you are using and maybe don't offer to import your private keys. Maybe it works just like coinbase. I don't know much about it as I don't use it but my advice is to start using desktop wallets.

Desktop wallets are safer than online wallets and your private keys never leave your PC. Just make sure to install such wallets in a clean PC not infected by any malware.

As know they did not give the private key but before using a new wallet you are required to download the backup wallet.

It is difficulty of problem, there are not features for take private keys,sign massages and other on btc.com, because it is new service and there are not many review about it, the best way for you is with change the wallet to other.

BTC.com = Blocktrail.com (In case you don't already know and didn't find much info about it.
About your question now , It's not possible to get your private keys . In fact , having access to them wouldn't make sense as the wallet use both Multi-Signature and HD Technology and Multi sig wallets are made to give you access to only one private key and the other by someone else (the service in this case) . Op, if you looking for an online wallet which allows you to acces and backup your private keys then Blockchain.info is the best option.
Other than than if you want a light wallet with simplified validation (no blockchain download) then consider Multibit HD or Electrum.

Ok thank you very much for All of your suggestions, it is help me and there are not choice i must change my wallet BTC and i hope my problem becoming lesson especially for me and for us, it will not happening in the future.
