At $4 per usb stick VS an estimated $2.10 to buy a Casascius coin, why not bulk order those instead?
I would be much more interested in striking a conversation over the coin than some USB stick with magical code of somekind in it.
You would not need to work to safely setup the coins on the stick, and customers do not need to trust you not to fuck up their shit with malware.
