It will be more better that if you go to their official thread here and troll with red about what happened to you, but before that just be prepare with solid proof about your accusation.

If you think you're not paid and you have valid proofs,please use the proper scam accusation format and link their profiles accordingly,if you're correct,the community will do what's right.

XEM is also an ICO project, how do you think XEM is a scam too?     I agree with most ICO are scams, but 99.99999999999% is ridiculous, should be 80% are scams, 15% are so-so projects, 5% are awesome and profitable ones, like Ethereum, XEM, Stratis.

I do not think this even amount to scamming.They have paid all other participants why they wouldn't pay you if you were eligible?
How much will they gain by not paying to just one or two members like you?
They gathered lots of btc with their ICO but didn't run away and still working on ARK.
