Why would a Netflix account work as collateral? You just say you lost/forgot your password and it's yours again. It's not actually worth anything (more than a couple hours of TV). Lock the thread at the bottom left of your screen to avoid negative trust from default trust members.

The Amex serve card actually only has low change on it at the moment. But you can see in the history I reload it 1-2x daily. So it's very active. And to answer your question, yes it can be used all over, no monthly fees or reload fees. And as far as your 45% goes if I understand correctly, I can actually repay 80% like I originally said

Aware of that and the netflix account that he is still pedaling as you can see that I confronted him on his thread but he brushed it off as a "shared account".
Will wait until tomorrow to see if he "lives up to his word."

Lionidas, you are way too trusting of people here.  We'll see if he actually pays up, but you know this happens more often than not, and especially with the problem gambling users on this forum.  There's a lot of them.  It's just way too easy to put up bad collateral and then walk away from the loan.  Be careful.
