The fact is that I see all the companies involved in similar projects not as competitors, but as colleagues, so I am pretty sure that in the near future we will see many new ideas transformed into reality by the actual “competitors” that will work together with a common goal. So, yes, there are companies that are trying to decentralize social media, but we are not trying to compete with them.

The fuel of  MoodCrawler, the MoodCoin has been designed with a passive revenue. Using the SterlingCoin model, MoodCoin's passive revenue is implemented as interest which is earned at a rate of 5% per year on a users holdings. Passive revenue incentivizes full node participation which further strengthens the network.

Fist is to become a MVNO-Mobile Virtual Network Operator. This way could design our our services on our MoodSim. We could see features like multiple phone numbers on same sim card. You would ask yourself: how's that possible. It is. Thanks to mobile number portability.It allows  users to keep their existing mobile number when changing from one service provider to us for example. Of course this feature will rely on a high versatile SIM card.
Once you are  a member of our network, you can buy our sim card and have your old number and your MoodCrawler number on the same SIM card.

This will allow us to play with the software side of the things and cut unwanted data traffic so only the MoodCrawler app will use the data traffic.

We will offer of course more details once  we're next to that phase of the project, but this is the plan for option 1.

Option 2 is to have a bluetooth -based app ( meaning the chat, MoodRep and the "moodUp' )  function that will allow users to interact without GSM signal.
So for example, let's take the chat app.It is used to  send short messages over short distances( 50-100 meters top), communication doesn't result in any charges, messages are sent directly between devices, range depends on the device and obstacles.

And yes, this is just the beginning and there are some awesome problems to solve, which to us represents an opportunity: to be able to do something that we love, that we are passionate about.
And we know deep down that it  can have dramatic impact in people lives.

Other promising coins nearly took forever to schedule their coming ICOs and were trying to round the globe with meet ups. We received several e-mails and private messages asking about the blog post rewards and it's such a nice feeling seeing your interest. Of course, there is the bounty reward in the equation as well:)



And our answer is of course a big yes, we do reward the blogs as well.

Any post on steemit.com that obtains 10 upvotes is rewarded with 250 MoodCoins. If your post receives more than 20 upvotes, you receive 500 MoodCoins. You will earn an extra 10 MoodCoins for each  "resteem".   In order to prevent spam, we will check all posts and the users that upvoted your post. In order to qualify, you need to be genuine in your post. At least  250 words per post ( something between 1/4 ~ 1/2 of an A4 page format).  And at least one picture from our website attached, in order to share the good mood out there:)
We will not take into consideration if you copy our posts or others.
We don't accept new accounts created only for posting for the bounty or upvoting your own post. There are anti plagiarism bots anyway, but we will have an extra eye on these posts.

Any 1min post on medium, will get you 300 MoodCoins, any 2 min post will double the bounty to 600 MoodCoins.  In order to qualify, you need to be genuine in your post. The rest of 75% of the total MoodCoins (182 millions MDC)  will be reserved in the Foundation Wallet and used for rewarding users in our ecosystem.

Once the ICO is over, we will distribute  25% of the ICO funds for core team, the rest of  75% of the ICO funds will be used  for the MDC ecosystem over the next years. We will use it to pay all kinds of expenses: promotions, DEV salaries, MDC API, travel costs, conference visits, sponsoring, development, MVNO license, designs, contractors, infrastructure:servers, nodes, advertisements, software license, etc

We will bring onboard 3rd parties like  advisors, collaborators, lawyers, mentors, companies,  partners, etc.

So all we will get is 25% of what we will make after the ICO.

The rest is reserved to reward users for changing moods, for the MoodStop, MoodStory, MoodStore and much more.

That is  close to $5 million for a project that is any jack can develop with that sum of money. If you are selling 25% of the tokens now why was it not mentioned before asked that you guys are keeping the remaining 75% of the tokens, you guys want $5 million dollars and also keep 75% of the tokens to yourself, this seems like the type of centralisation of tokens in the hands of Steem developers and were successful in locking people's Bitcoin into a rigged project. Another issue is how you guys come about the token valuation of $0.07 = 0.00011BTC at the moment ,that valuation this has not been explained, like you said there will be 250 million tokens at this valuation that give it a market cap of $17.5 million putting it at number 18 on the http://coinmarketcap.com/#USD will any rational investor believe that market cap.

The video Q&A with the whole team will be ready at the beginning of next week - so stay tuned for that. We have nothing to hide and we are not begging for anything. As you all know, ICO's are a great way of getting initial funds for the development of a project and that's what we are doing.

Regarding the year 2014 - (that it's also mentioned in Mihaela's Linkedin) as you can see on the MoodCoin Facebook page, it sais "established in 2014" because we came up with the idea behind MoodCrawler & MoodCoin two years ago. We are not trying to hide that . In all this time we worked on and off on the project and tried to get to a point in which the idea is clear and easy to communicate. As you all know, it's a process, and this process takes time, mistakes and a lot of starting over and "plan B's".

But at the same time, for our project, it was a plus to get validation from people outside the crypto world, because these are the people that you can reach the hardest. And we looked close to home for people that were doing great things. We also think that we live in a very transparent world in which the validity and integrity of people can be confirmed / infirmed in an objective and unbiased way, even if they are our countrymen. But we understand the point you are making and hopefully we will gain your trust over time.

It took us a while to analyze what went wrong in our ICO and  we are still investigating some aspects.
We wanted to go world  wild, and somehow we did not considered going local first. So now we are discussing in implementing the MoodCoin as a local currency, supporting independent businesses.
