Yes i am using the asafe2 windows wallet. I tried to look for config file in app.roaming but i did not find it.

check your firewall or/and add node to Allsafe2.conf file:

1/Open notepad
2/paste addnode=63.142.254.123
3/save file as Allsafe2.conf using all type formats and save it it the allsafe2 file in appdata/roaming/allsafe2 folder
