we are actually finding some blocks on maxminers.
but there is definitely room for a few more people to join in.
that would be good.
who wants to defect?  Wink

It must have more mining powers to join the pool then you can find new block.
the diff is higher and so the finding new block is slower but mining CPU is limited.

Played sometime with the wallet cause i think im going to fork this into a new coin.
Fork will have a stronger rsa key than 2048bit.

Feel free to test new features:
changes for zerozoin minting
block explorer
punch of code changes:

<snip>

IF YOU WANT TO TEST THE WALLET, BACKUP ALL DATA!!!
Just in case because of extreme slow chain. <-- thank you lyra
(if a chain corruption happens due the possible reject of chain downloaded via official wallet.)
(all chain rules will match to zcoin, but database rules may cause reject of chain already downloaded)

If you indeed have enough knowledge and skills to fork this and add considerable improvements, you would better join the ZCoin Dev team. They have bounties and funding specifically to pay new team members.

I doubt anyone will join yet another fork of ZCoin now. Too much forks, instead of coordinated effort.

... this space is not for rent ...

Not defecting, but I am splitting up some of my hash power to make sure all the pools get a fair shake and secure the network.

Its been 32 hours + since the last block so lets hope a few others decide to split up the hash power they have.

Fingers crossed

I though Poramin had already upgraded wallet so that it doesn't lag and so that it syncs faster, it seems like this coin needs a Dev team behind it, because poramin on his own it makes it a little difficult for him.

I guess besides him there's a team? If only one person this will become tough. I do hope this coin willl continue despite recent turmoil, as at least it has some good features and plan for more good features.

I have downloaded the poramin version but it's so lag and now it's over 24 hour and I see that it was stucked at block 13189 (12 days to go).
How can I do it? how long must I wait for synchronizing?

Yes it's pushed to dev branch and we are testing but not released yet. We have only been testing it a week and we should get a new release within a week or so. This will have the faster loading time. As mentioned the first loading time will be slow but subsequent loads will be in minutes.

We recently had an additional developer to help us out so Poramin is not alone. Cheesy We hope to recruit more.

First loading might take long due to the node. You could add xzc.suprnova.cc node in the mean time for faster loading. We will try to upgrade our seed node but it's not a priority now.

Why do you need Poloniex? Is it the only exchange you trade on?
