It's definitely on my agenda, but things keep getting prioritized over it.  I need more hours in the day!  But there is an EU server on the books as soon as I can get it taken care of.

If you're searching these lines for a point, you've probably missed it.  There was never anything there in the first place.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Inaba,
I'm having problems with the API and mobile workers page. It doesn't show my workers speed. I had an old worker for video cards rig, and it shows the speed, if I switch it on, but not for freshly created workers. I've tried to change my API key a few times, but no luck.  Huh

Which worker is not working? I am looking at your workers and all of them are not active except for 1 (the minirig worker), so none of them would be visible.

I just changed one of yours at random to active and they show up on the mobile workers page if I activate it.  Can you be more specific on what steps you are taking?

Yes, currently I have 1 worker with 2 boxes attached to it, and I can see it on the "my workers" page, but neither on mobile workers, nor on API and apps which are using it (like BTCmon for iphone). The weirdest thing is that if I put my GPU rig online, it shows up just ok, everywhere. The steps I take - well, I press mobile workers link, or refresh the stat page on my phone, if that helps. Its not a big deal, but would be nice to have it on my phone through API.

I see your worker on your mobile worker page, it's hashing at roughly 50 GH/s.  Can you send me a screen shot of your browser perhaps?

It sounds like you are using the wrong API key.

Here is a screenshot of how it looks like on my phone. I've tried to rename workers back and forth, but now none of them would appear as working. You're right about wrong API key in the browser though. I've noticed that the button on the web site uses old API key, so I changed it and it works.

P.S. Wow, I just renamed my workers, and my estimated rewards dropped to 0 and 24h earnings got reduced by 2btc...

What about the mobile workers page, is that correct?  I will need to look over the API code, I don't mess with it much so it's possible something has gotten broken since I've been working on the hashrate tracking.

Are you saying your estimated rewards have dropped to 0 on the Quick Stats on the web page?

*EDIT*  - Worker stats is definitely broken on the API.  I will fix it.

Ok... I think I fixed the api.  Can you test it out and see if it's accurate?  The estimated payout in the API should match what's on quickstats, instead of being off by quite a bit in some cases.

I think I've got all the Dwolla payments caught up properly.  If you are missing a Dwolla payment, let me know and I will get it fixed.

http://btcmon.com/ iPhone only, currently. This may be your best bet for Android, but I have looked into it in detail.

Dwolla is proving to be a major pain in the ass to deal with.  Dwolla has what's called a "facilitator fee," which is similar to the $0.25 fee Dwolla charges for each transaction over $10.  Going forward, that fee will be passed along the transaction at 2.5% of the transaction total (Almost half what the Paypal fee was!).

Right now, I am losing money on nearly every transaction to Dwolla, either in actual funds or in time/effort to maintain.  Unfortunately, as much as I'd like to be independently wealthy, I can't afford to fund it on my own! Smiley

So starting on Monday, you'll see the facilitator fee passed along to your Dwolla transaction in addition to the $0.25 Dwolla charges if the transfer is over $10.  If the transaction is under $10, the Dwolla fee is waived but you'll still see the facilitator fee, unfortunately.

Woohoo!
15 second block!

It was over so fast, my GPU's or CM1 didn't even get a single share on it.

The worker thing I noticed for BTCmon specifically is that if you're doing PPS, the hashrate doesn't show up in BTCmon, but as soon as you set the worker to DGM, it shows up.

I have the feeling BlackPepper is running PPS.

Ahh crap, you're right, it's not counting PPS shares. #@%@

As far as the 15 second block, fast blocks like that are rolled into the previous block, this prevents a scenario where only the fastest/highest hashrate miners get paid for a block.  Basically, everyone gets paid almost as much of that fast block as they did for the previous block.  So whatever you contributed to the previous block is effectively what you contribute to the super fast block.  This does not, of course, apply to PPS.  It makes things more fair for the slower miners while not penalizing the fast miners for being fast.

Does appear that way to me too. My miners switched to the alternative pool and I can't get anywhere on their site.
