hi, is it known problem that this pool ignores paymentid? Seems like so, even it's described in Getting started.

I've set payment id properly, but payout was sent without it and cryptopia didn't account my deposit : /
Trying to get support from pool..

Upd. Got fast answer, M5M400offered complete problem solution. A sample of excellent support.

Hi I'm new to mining with a couple of AMD cards. I am having trouble getting into options to change my payout to 0.1, I mine through Hive and have tried using my rig name:myemail as password along with my payment address and I get  a "Please check your login details" message . What am I doing wrong?

I must have pissed someone off lately, since this has been the second DDoS attack in the past 24h... our ISP has been mitigating up to 8Gbit of incoming traffic for extended periods of time. We're currently still under attack, but it's under control

For miners this mostly means that stats won't show up correctly and payouts processing being delayed, since In case of a problem like this we are disabling payouts until we have assessed the problem to make sure no wrong payouts go out.

General rule of thumb: If our pool is accepting your shares, they will be counted sooner or later and calculated correctly.

yeah. there were some targeted attacks this weekend. someone tried to ransom me for 10xmr/month...

I have 0.33 XMR in the pool waiting since few weeks. I updated minimum payment but they didn't pay yet.

anybody wondering why the website is not working: We've moved the domain over to www.supportxmr.com while migrating to cloudflare and some browsers do not honor the 301 redirect from the old domain due to cached content.

Wtf are you talking about? The only reason someone doesn't get "his" coins is when they are proven to NOT be HIS coins. (aka confirmed botnettery).

I'm having an issue connecting to supportxmr with an address starting with "8". The pool replies with "invalid address supplied" and does not allow connection.

Story: I generated a secondary address in my wallet to dedicate to mining (using the command address new) and the address generated started with "8". That was refused by supportxmr.

Then I created a new account in the same wallet. Again the address generated started with 8 and was refused by the pool.

Both addresses shall be valid as they were generated with the cli wallet.

Any ideas ?
