Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

what do you mean price per one time
not per month or per year, or do you mean only one payment can use hosting forever without pay again
and payment in cloudtcost support bitcoin or not

Forever. They don't support bitcoin.
