"Your account is currently under investigation by our fraud team. Your account has been frozen while this investigation is being conducted.

Thanks for your patience and understanding."

Bets was on tennis WTA, ATP, etc. Balance was more than 7 btc.

I sent a ton of emails in a support, they answers only in one of the 10 cases, the standard phrase: "investigation continues," At the forum, their representative with the same nickname Cloudbet silent. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=333552.msg16487069#msg16487069

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

I see different opinions about this. I see people protecting them and bashing other people threads when they are not using Cloudbet. I knew Cloudbet had a lot of problems before but I thought with the instant withdrawal option implemented only lately after several scam accusations I thought Cloudbet were good.

I see here yet another new scam accusation against this site. Well better play to more well trusted sports books. Just check the gambling section to check who is the sports book who has 0 opened scam accusations against them.

"Your account is currently under investigation by our fraud team. Your account has been frozen while this investigation is being conducted.
That's the magical statement used by all the online gambling casinos/sportsbets when someone wins something they haven't planned on putting it for the actual competitions in the first place, just for the sake of promotions.Be ready, you shall now be beaten to bottom with all the possible evidences claiming how you're connected with ISIS and how the IP's prove you were part of 911 bombings.

Okay. So what actually happened?
You won on a game and when you tried to withdraw, your account was frozen instead?

Was there any reason stated other than 'suspicion of fraud' and 'under investigation'?
Also, any updates from support?

*Their support is quite horrible. They could take weeks.
*And yeah, I saw from their main thread, reaching out to Dan/cloudbet doesn't help. lol.
*I suggest leaving a feedback about their support(lack).

Goddamn Cloudbet. Time and time again with so many complaints so far why anyone actual keeps funding these fools is beyond me seriously! Roll Eyes
So now if you win a substantial amount (I would imagine any amount over 1.6BTC=$500) and try to withdraw your winnings they freeze your account and come up with any excuse possible to to tell you that you are under investigation for attempting to commit fraud?
What kind of competent business does this and continues to operate? Angry
That is why they run their half-assed operation in these countries that do not give a rat's ass about laws against imbezelment or money laundering like these poor ass Central and South American places that end up paying off their political officials to look the other way while they continue to steal money from their unsuspecting customers.
For shame Cloudbet. You will be running off soon and shutting your doors. So there will be more crying going on here. This is a promise to anyone still using this pathetic excuse for a casino operation that has ever existed! Tongue

Its more than 3 weeks but cloudbet is silent about this issue and not replying on this thread about their service.

And why such gambling site always need some personal information if someone need to withdraw big amounts or the account have huge amount  balance from their site?  Cry

Mods here in bitcointalk should take an action about this issue.

I think it is funny when cloubdet.com (an illegally gambling site) claims to freeze your account for righteous reasons.  They are an illegal site, and all they are doing is figuring out who they can steal from, and whose coins they can steal, and they are good at it.  The percentage of people whose coins they still is right around 10 percent. That is 1 out of every 10 people.  It is perfect. The other 9 come on here, and defend the company, and that 1 person who comes on here and tells their story looks like a lunatic on these sites.

Don't gamble with this site. If it looks like a duck, and if it smells like a duck, it is a duck. Cloudbet.com has way to many negative reviews to be a legit site. Just take some time and go online and read about them. This is a bad gambling company that steals your money.
