Send transaction issue from Blockchain wallet

Previously I have made many transaction via Blockchain wallet, these transaction I was did by set transaction and I choose send from
 
 any address drop-down menu option.

 Now this option not available in my wallet,I've to send transaction from specific address and that cost me higher fee.

 Last transaction I made it 0.002 with fee of 0.0009

It is 90k satoshi of fee not only 9k satoshi fee as you minted!

Blockchain now have HD wallet so when you check address to receive bitcoin you will get different bitcoin address everytime but you can send bitcoin to any of those address and it will be added to My wallet balance. If you like to have specific bitcoin address to receive and send bitcoin from it, you need to import new bitcoin address.

 I think his issues with send transaction from wallet balance,I notice that new Blockchain spirited balance for each address.

 Previously Blockchain wallet have ability to send transaction from any address in this wallet balance.

Its 90k satoshi 0.0009 not 9k satoshi its a big different though.

If you like to have specific bitcoin address to receive and send bitcoin from it, you need to import new bitcoin address.

OP had only problem from the transaction fee and not related about what you are talking about, I guess he knows already about the functions of HD wallet.

And to OP's issue I also experienced like this but different wallet service, and not that high. The most annoying there is its only transaction fee but almost got 1mbtc. In my part I sent .001 but the fee is 0.0005.

There is no longer any drop down menu option for every address. All you'd see there are rename and remove label button.
You can still choose from which address to send from though.
When you click the send button, there'll be a drop-down menu option for the "From" field.

Guys do you able to send transaction from main wallet balance with any address attached by this wallet even if this address is empty balance?

 I always do that with old Blockchain wallet, by choose any address I want to send transaction from a drop-down menu option of the send from field and this transaction detected from mine balance.

The main wallet will still show up as an option on the "from" drop-down menu yes, but you wouldn't be able to send from it if it's empty.

Is under main wallet many of addresses?with old Blockchain wallet I able to send transaction by select send from any address option.

 from a drop-down menu option of the send form field. nowadays each address have own balance and send any address option not available any more.
