Irish bookmaker Paddy Power (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paddy_Power)
currently has the following bet on its website.

Bitcoin value at end of 2013
Singles Only. Applies to value at 6pm 31st Dec 2013. According to bitcoincharts.com.
All in whether Bitcoin exists or not on the date.

$100 or below    4/5

$101 to $500    11/8

Over $500    5/1

http://www.paddypower.com/bet/novelty-betting/current-affairs/bitcoin-betting/Bitcoin-value-at-end-of-2013-4993413.html

This was mentioned on Bitstamp but with a broken link.

What do bears think of these odds?

Edit:  You can't sign up there from an American IP address. Also, I don't see anything about them accepting bitcoin.

Here's how those odds look like to the most of us Smiley

$100 or below: 4/5 ||| -125.00 ||| 1.80

$101 to $500: 11/8 ||| +137.50 ||| 2.38

Over $500: 5/1 ||| +500.00 ||| 6.00

The middle bet seems like pretty good value imo.

When this bet was first listed, the odds were 10/1 on BTC being under $100!

I managed to bet £25 before they altered it.
