Setup includes a basic "out of the box" install. Additional plugins/modules and whatnot can be installed as well for a small additional fee at a negotiable rate based on the complexity of the plugin/module setup.
This setup service however does NOT include the cost of hosting or a domain name... these things you will have to provide. I can however refer you to some places that accept btc.
