There many ad blockers out there so which one do you use?

I'm using the original. ABP. Works perfectly and updates daily.

Good for you  Grin

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

I don't have flash and I do have Privacy Badger.

That combination gets rid of most of them, I can handle the rest.

I hereby reserve the right to sometimes be wrong

Currently using ad blockers embedded in maxthon browser 😄✅works for me

I use Maxthon as my default browser, I remember when they never had adblock, but do now, but no uninstall, so I went into the folder where adblock is and deleted everything, but some remnants have stayed behind like the pop up blocker.

I needed to have it disabled as most bitcoin faucets need to not see it on, but as extra protection I have Malwarebytes pro and malwarebytes anti exploit.
This stops all malicious adverts, and as for HYIP websites, it block all of them.
So in effect I get to use all sites with no problems about them complaining about adblock.

By the way Malwarebytes you can use the free version, also anti exploit is free forever, just a small footprint in your browser extensions.

And its gone.

ublock for me. i'm kind of in two minds about ads. I understand they're needed for sites to operate. I also don't see why I have to be assaulted by the shit they put up there and there's the possibility of a security risk too. there needs to be more curation. if I knew a site wasn't going to try and start a video or fill half the page then I don't mind ads.

on mobile phones there's absolutely no way i'd tolerate ads. an advertiser is not using up my data to deliver a message I don't want.

I use Ublock origin and it's kinda the same story and i use Malwarebytes  too just in case , i also use Ghostery to block all the tracking sites and with that everything is perfect
