WashingtonCoin is an X11 PoW/PoS coin.

 X11 hash algorithm
 WashingtonCoin is PoW/PoS mixed initially. After 45 days, the coin will be a pure PoS coin.
 PoW/PoS block targets independently.
 3 transaction confirmations
 60 minted block confirmations
 Total coins: 170 millions
 PoS generated on a daily basis
 10% premine for bounties, fund servers/equipments...

PoW details:

 60 sec PoW block target time
 Difficulty retarget each block for PoW
 Initial payout will be between 512 to 1024 coins per block, determined randomly
 Every day there will be a super block with 100X normal payment (can be as high as 102,400 coins)
 Superblock is true randomness, that is, no super mining power can predict and grab it.  
 Block payout will be halved every 15 days
 PoW will be shut down after 45 days
 Total PoW coins minable will be around 48 millions (no precise number can be given due to the random nature of the coin).

 60 sec PoS block time
 Diff retarget each block for PoS
 Minimum hold for PoS: 24 hours
 Maximum hold for PoS: 30 days
 Variable PoS annual payout rate:
   - 1st year: 80%
   - 2nd year: 40%

All single algo coins will suffer from ASICs since there's no single difficulty retarget that works outside of the main blockchain.

Super ASIC miner joins mining, difficulty retarget shoots waaaaaaay high, ASIC miner leaves, difficulty stays and the blockchain halts for hours/days/weeks and it can't go back until blocks are found at super high difficulty  (which is super unprofitable).

Single ASIC-algo coins will either have add more algorithms (so each algo pushing the blockchain forward can retarget the difficulty of stuck chains) or move away from ASIC algorithms.

I solomined up until diff 4 and even then it was very infrequent. And now it's 14 at the time of writing. It will probably climb to like a 100 eventualy. Especially if multipools add it.

why to give up, if dev even have 1 BTC for puming, then i can do, dev can buy up cheap coins, and price will rise littlebit, and if he is serius with development then he has cheap coins what he can use future, there will be other who will buy coin if dev starts pumping, yea most other buyier seek for fast profit but not all, i bought 500k coin last time, it nothing, but still get cheap coins.
