Coinbase pay your fees (up to 25 transactions at day i think) but it is web wallet. You can set fee to whatever you want from any local wallet but if there is not enough "sauce" transaction will stay unconfirmed and coins will get back to you (recommended fee changes depending on network load at time you send your coins).

Well i think there is no such wallet. However you can adjust transaction fees through "Custom Send" which most of web-based wallets like blockchain.info has.But I suggest you to pay transaction fees to speed up the confirmation for your bitcoin transactions if you make because no/low fees get confirmation very late or may get cancelled.

Also after doing some search i got this that XAPO eliminates transaction fees.

Quote from: Xapo.com

How much does it cost to send bitcoin?
Xapo has eliminated all transaction fees for transactions between two bitcoin addresses.

Previously, anytime a user sent bitcoins to someone who did not have a Xapo account, the user was charged a small fee by the bitcoin network to send your bitcoins. These fees serve as both a reward and incentive to the people who operate the bitcoin network. Now, anytime a user sends bitcoins to another bitcoin address, Xapo will pay these fees and you will not be charged to send payments to other users.

Please note that fees will still apply for other types of transactions, such as buying bitcoins or using the Xapo Debit Card, as described in more detail in our Terms of Use but there will no longer be network transaction fees for sending funds between bitcoin addresses.

OP, i think the concept of fees is not clear for you... I've seen many new members that think the fees are something you pay to the wallet developer, so they want a wallet with no fees (free).

In reality, the fee is something you pay the miner to include your transaction in the block (blockchain). If you pay low (or no) fees, there is a chance your transaction will not be included (or it will take a very long time).

In other words: it's not a good idear to search for a wallet that allows you to send transactions without a fee.

That being said; some companies pay the fee for you, but there's always a hidden cost (for example; they controll the private key for your wallet, other fees apply,...)

I agree with you. OP you first have to know the concept of using fee as described Sharma, well now depends on the transaction what you want to do if you are dealing with a large amount of funds should use fee or if you want a quick traksaksi confirmation should also use fee if no fee you will receive a refund or a problem requiring a very long confirmation.
Xapo one wallet that do not require a fee to send payments if you really need it, you can use https://xapo.com/wallet/  available for android / cell

Xapo and Coinbase are 2 such wallets that do not require the sender to add any fee. These wallets add their own fee to get the transactions confirmed. However, Xapo requires 6 confirmations to confirm the transaction and coinbase requires 6-10 confirmations. These days it takes longer to get so many confirmations due to blockchain issues and it may take 2-3 hours to get any transaction confirmed in the wallet. If time is not an issue, you can use xapo/coinbase else blockchain should be used in cases of an emergency.

I have used coinbase earlier. The only problem is that it is centralized. You are not the "actual" owner of your address as you don't have the private key.

unless you have a node and broadcasting your own transaction , nowadays no node is accepting a low priority transaction which has no fee.

there is wallet which is not free and you have to pay fees to the developers and it is called "Multibit HD"

Multibit HD's problem is that you can't import your own address from private key. Although MultiBit's earlier versions had this function.
I have a vanity address but i could not import it in multibit.  Embarrassed

if you want to have control over your private key and looking for a wallet that will not require you to pay miners fee or someone will pay for it then there is no wallet like that. if you want full control over your private key then you must pay for the miners fee for every transaction that you will send

Which country are you from anyway? You are lookin for a local wallet well it depends on your country.
I am using coins.ph which is available mostly I guess on asia, mainly it's a local exchange wallet for philippines, tey cover your fees. Also like what others say you could try coinbase and xapo hut these kinds of wallets are not really that secure for storing big amounts of coins since you are not the one who is in hold of your private key

Multibit HD's problem is that you can't import your own address from private key. Although MultiBit's earlier versions had this function.

Have you tried Electrum? Also I know mycelium has an import option, you can also set the fee from low priority, economic, normal and high priority fee. I think the highest fee is 0.0002 btc an the lowest is around 500 satoshi. Not sure tho , I haven't sent coins with low priority.
If you are using these kinds of wallet for daily uses then it's okay, just don't store big amounts as you can never tell what will happen if you don't hae full access of your private key. Always put security as a priority.

Very true... But i do think (no proof tough), the OP was asking a general question, so i gave a general answer.
I did read in Multibit's TOS they ask a small fee for the developer, but i suppose it's on top of the miner fee? (some verification might need to be done)

Most of the wallet have the no fee transaction, but the important factor behind it is, you won't get confirmations. Based on the value you provide as fee you will get confirmations in a lesser time.

The higher the transaction fee the faster the transaction and vice versa.Miners also preferred the higher free thats why low priority was stuck last time.I have a zapo wallet and transaction fee is shouldered by them.

you cna just send some transaction with zero fee, bigger transaction with no fee get their confirmation in two hours if you're lucky, the small one it's better to avoid, because they can stay there for days

Why do you want a wallet with zero tx fees? If you want to send money to someone you know, you can ask them to sign up with services that offers off-chain payments. For example Xapo. Just remember once these transactions goes on-chain, miners fees needs to be paid. Some services offer zero fees on off-chain transactions, but charge service or yearly subscription fees for their other services, like Debit cards etc. It all depends on what you want to do.

If you want to send 1000's of micro transactions to friends, I would suggest that you go with the off-chain options. The miners fee for on-chain tx's are still much less than any other fiat based service, so it should not be a problem.
