[2013-04-02 18:37:38] Stratum from pool 0 requested work restart
I don't know... best you check over here if your address is mentioned in the stats:
http://radon.gdries.nl:6327/static/graphs.html?Day

If so, your miner is working for coin. I don't know cgminer so I have no idea if that output is normal. There are a large number of blocks being found in Bytecoin at the moment so if that message means "new block found", then it's probably normal.

A large amount of hashing power has just been added to the pool (power tripled over the last few minutes) and the fee calculation seems to be getting confused. I set the fee to 2%, but the fee I'm getting is sometimes much more. Perhaps it's better to relax the mining power a bit to keep the pool fees resonable?

I reset the fee to 1%, hopefully the calculation will normalize now.

After about 10 minutes of spinning it wheels... suddenly it started mining... go figure.... Smiley

Thank you for the help... I just scored a couple tenths of a Bytecoin.

I am going to go shop for a Tesla... Don't worry, I will pick one out for you too....

My pool is still giving ridiculous payouts to my own address... I even restarted the pool with 0% fee, but it doesn't seem to help. Anyone have experience with p2pool software that can help me figure this out?? The expected payout is dropping now, so it seems to be heading in the right direction.

I don't want to be misappropriating anyone's Bytecoins, you see!

[edit]
Also fixed the blockexplorer links to bytecoin.in, so those work now.

Needed to restart the pool. A few minutes of work is lost when that happens and it may take a little while for them to reappear in the lists.

Bad luck? We've had several blocks in seconds and even the same block twice in this pool! Bytecoin is under very interesting circumstances right now Smiley Enormous amounts of hash power for a very low difficulty coin causes strange things to happen...
