Cant contact seedbox unlimited

Does any one use Seedbox unlimited?
I tried to sign up and sent BTC but the registration page froze
and you cant  contact support unless you finish
registeration
It looks like a popular site I guess it isn't
scam but they have my coins and I don't have the
service!
Suggestions?

a few days and no response at all. i suggest to not use
this service it is not dependable. if they ever respond
and finish my registration then i will post here. until
then i will post on torrent sites to warn others.

I don't think you will see it. i think most people just pay with creditcard and if this happen they just cancel transaction easy.
i just had some BTC and i thought i would try but got scammed. oh well.
