It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Yeah, it was expected. I already forwards it to 4 US friends of mine, if they slept it.

SEC and other agencies are getting harder and harder course. US authority doesn't like when somebody else is doing business (collecting taxes and profits)
