Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's
computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be
reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

That's a great and interesting competition, and this is what I love, so I'll be happy to get acquainted and take part in it as much as possible. And the ARK team know how to make us happy with our work and regular good news and updates.

From where is ARK team getting so much money to sponsor big events ? They only got less than a million dollars . Are the team's ARK still with them or they sold it. Afaik, there was some period after which they could sell their ARKs.

23 k in bear market anyway looks very low ,time to fill the bags
Last 7 days in CoinLib shows, -14.00% for ARK +2.56% for BTC -2.00% for XRP +3.45% for XVG (even after hacked 3 times...) -12.80% for ETNThose are just my favorite coins (except XVG which is one of the most overvalued I believe). What I see with those numbers is against any logic... ARK, XRP and ETN who have great teams, daily or weekly updates, real partnerships and healthy blockchains (okay ETN had some minor issues after an update) are down. XVG is higher than the others even though a huge amount of the total supply is hacked and instant-mined. But from all those coins that took a hit, ARK has taken the biggest hit? It's the 2nd most hit coin in the top 80 in market cap. Seriously? It's not like it had a big run before the 7 days, which would be a reason for a bigger loss. Whatever... I gave up today and bought more, I'm not gonna wait for 1€. This is ridiculously underpriced when compared to the rest of the coins.

Absolutely the current price is a steal, I filled today my bags even more. Hopefully the bear market will end before Ark team releases their product, so it can have a good bull run.

It's funny to see how XVG it's being bought after all those hacks, I can't explain why, to me it's a shitcoin on biconnect level. And I also don't know why ark is going down on a daily basis, I guess it's an opportunity to buy more

Hello.
I'm looking to diversify my portfolio is there anyone willing to exchange some ARK with me? I'm asking here because i do not like exchanges and all bullshit KYC that comes with using them.
Thanks.
I don't think Cryptopia uses KYC though. However it's been a long time since I had created an account on them, I might be mistaken. Bittrex requires your ID, that I remember since I helped a friend create an account a few days ago. Cryptopia has a KYC for withdrawals greater than 5000 NZD. Also for some coins they have a big withdraw fee and their wallets are sometimes stuck so you have to wait for days until deposit or withdraw gets cleared. also Binance let you withdraw loads without KYC , cant remember how much but may be as much as $10k worth1?

No. All you have to do is create an address in the wallet, add funds to that address, and vote for a delegate with that address. You do not need to keep the wallet constantly open and you don't have to revote each time you add/remove funds from that address. Once you vote with an address, it'll stay that way until you unvote. Even with 1ARK in that wallet. Here you will find a list of all the delegates and how often their payouts are: https://arkdelegates.io/Here you can calculate your payouts per delegate: http://calculator.reconnico.com/

Without KYC daily withdraw is limited to 2BTC but after complete this process people can increase it up to 100BTC. Binance is more secure exchange at the moment with great reputation and volume is also very high there so it is good choice for trading.

Pleasantly surprised with my current 7.5% rewards from dpos. Is this the average or will it drop in the future?
Thanks

This looks like a convoluted ICO. A lot of promises, need to see how the first real technical development going. There are too many so called platform or framework, many are not really deserve investing, but hey who knows, this is wild west and something will be good eventually.

I agree, but ARK is one of the safest bets if you see how often they update us with technical details about their progress on all kind of matters and how they're attending or even sponsoring events all around the world. They even have a very promising collaboration with Blockport (more info here: https://blog.ark.io/tagged/collaboration) and a while ago they also posted here another upcoming collaboration which I can't recall at the moment... it was something about a tool aimed for business management though... not 100% sure.
