Does anyone have an email address for technical support at Ark for the ico? My wallet failed to send so I cancelled it out on the Ark website only to find out the few minutes later that the transfer was successful. Now the Lisk is not attached to my account at Ark.

We are not planning at this time to ask anyone for any identifications. The most likely senario when this would happen if at a later date some local law, regulation or some authority would compel us. But it it highly unlikely. It's just a general TOC that covers a lot of possible eventualities.
