1) but this is true until forging starts??
2) it will be true for ever.
3) how to choose my delegate?
4) i need to vote every day?

You can join a pool with your ARK vote - there is no mining per se, else you'll need to setup your own pool and try to get enough people with ARK to vote for your pool.
