Can I generate my own coin based on ARKchain?Just like anyone can build an ERC20 coin on Ethereum?

Better then Ethereum, you can generate your own chain which will be connected to ark chain, other ark's chains and external chains trough ACES. For example if you want to create a game like cryptokitties you will just fork and add arkVM to your chain, you will have a cryptokitties chain but without clogging ark main chain because it's on a separate blockchain.
It's too soon to talk about fees etc....arkVM and push button are not 100% complete but they're almost here and I'm sure that ark's devs will give us all the answers we need

Doesn't Arkpool have a 5 Ark payout threshold? If it still does, then based on current rates, with 249 Ark you'd be getting ~0.048 Ark/day, or roughly 1 Ark every 21 days, so ~105 days until you reach the 5 Ark threshold. Which means you just have to keep waiting since it's only been just over half that amount of time since you voted.

If you want to speed things up, your options are to switch to a pool that pays out better (you have many options: http://calculator.reconnico.com/) or buy more Ark. Probably no point in switching until you receive your first payout though. And, if/when you do switch, remember that it's cheaper to send your Ark to a new address (0.1 Ark) than it is to un-vote from your current address (1 Ark).

I'd love to see such a price but honestly I don't think so as it puts the project to a 10 billion dollar market capitalization. I rather expect many other projects to decrease in price and make a move towards more realistic price terrains. Right now it's hard to believe that any project in crypto has been priced correctly by the market. It's all so extremely high. Not sure though. ARK has potential, the question is just whether the market is completely wrong about all cryptos or whether the ride will continue in 2018.

I think you are making a good point here but I believe the market will continue to grow in 2018 and maybe for several more years. It's still not so many people in crypto. So maybe we will see the $100 mark crossed in 2018 

Definitely agree on this guys comments, ARK is still one of my favorites projects that I invested in for a long term, but still u really made a good point there.
Nonetheless I also hope to see a bigger addoption after the v2, and maybe even a big market cap update

Lisk deployable blockchain app, Lisk don't have a working product and probably will never be. It is like throwing them billions of dollars and asking a group of scammers kids to code something like Google Android OS. I think the purpose of Lisk is destroying Crypti and them both already achieved it, nothing more to it.
Waves is just too generic boring and mainly just a Russian thing, what that mean is it marketing and focus to mainly Russian crowd whose don't have much money to play.

Yes next few years, when Ark will have plenty of forked chains an encoded listeners working on main nets and only God knows what else. Imo arcroftl doesn't stand a chance

I heard some weeks ago about the project. The ICO will probably land well, as for there are many that are hyped about it.
Still I doubt that is an ark competitor, especially when the ark team finishes arkvm.

As a Junior Member you should be able to handle coinmarketcap : https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ark/

Ark uses DPOS - Delegated Proof of Stake. That means you have to vote one time with 1 Ark for a Top51 delegate and you will get staking rewards automatically, depending on your Ark balance of course.

yes you can, through the window or android you can get it on the wallet as long as it is in the terms and conditions that have been determined.
