Did you guys see WAX just announced EOS as their contender instead of Ark, this is really unfair EOS doesn't even have a mainnet yet while Ark is going to release their v2 soon.

in cryptocurrency world, hype, self pump, insider pump, whale pump, fake volumes is real and development is later or never at all. all the shits eos, cardano, neo, tron...know how to hype, ark don't. ark is drifting into the black hole and will be forgotten. you say but ark have mainnet, well, if ark team and people can't hype then the mainnet or tech is not going to be worth much, people will just copy and claim it their own then hype it. of course wax is going to pick the best hype like eos, not something like ark.

everyone is going to claim they have the best tech and development including ark

There is still hope for Ark, if the team release their V2 and Arkvm with a good marketing then the price will probably go up a lot, but we don't know when it will be, the team doesn't give any date.

Another question, what's the function of the public key ?

As far I know the public key is an identifier to know what your ark address is. You can use too your public key to sign transactions, address for receiving/sending ARK.

The public key is different from a private key which is used to gain control over the funds (UTXOs) in your wallet, never give anybody your private key as that should be known only by you.

However, your public key is fine to share, but there usually isn't much of a reason to share it in my experience.

No need to revote, the 100% of your wallet counts toward your vote.
The delegate should "scan" the wallets of his voters and pay you the corresponding amount of ARK automatically.

No. It would add to what you already have.
But if you creating new address on your wallet and adding Ark to that new address then you can vote for someone else with it.

Here is easy to understand, you can vote 1 delegate per address. If your wallet have 8 Ark addresses then you could vote for 8 delegates. Every time you adding more Ark to address which already voted then you wouldn't do anything else, it would adding weight to what you already have in there.

No, you don't have to vote again! Your new balance-ratio will be adopted automatically. Very cool isn't it?

No you don't have to vote each month, just one time, and about rewards, depends on the delegate, some are weekly, some are daily, some let you decide, some have a treshold etc...

Vote only once.
Depending on certain conditions set by the delegate. For example: once a week, when the minimum amount is reached (1-3-4-5 or more ARK).

Yeah I agree with you but there are some people in our community who complaint about the slow development. They probably have no idea on how much time it takes to code a software. Jean Francois Xavier is one of the best blockchain coder that I know, I am excited for v2

And please remind to those people that it's really not fast to rewrite the entire code base from scratch. And it's not only V2, in the meantime they are working on the ArkVM and on tools for push button blockchains
