I've checked at least my own delegate and in his site he's scanning his voters' balance about 4 times per day. So I suppose he averages the balance for the day before the payment.

If they have the "True Block Weight" script, then yes.
Rewards are calculated by the weight of a voters wallet at the time the block was forged.

Who is excited to see the Ark team during the consensus 2018 meetup in new york ? I can't wait to see what are they going to show to the world, maybe we will be able to see the Ark Core v2 trailer.

ARK has been in the scene for a while and things did not change that much . But the concept of this particular project  has a bright future in my opinion. Communication between blockchain is a very ambitious vision and I think it will pioneer the next generation of blockchain technology and communication.

On your post a few days you put a good effort and explained why high TPS is a scam and ARK team does well to not claim unreasonable high TPS. Therefore you're saying ARK is "respecting" the investors by not promising useless stuff.

By "Yes, Ark have no respect which it should." he means that Ark is not well recognized by the whole cryptocurrency community as a promising project with a great team and so on. While coins like Verge get all the attention while they don't bring anything new and innovative to the cryptocurrency world.
