For some time I do not use ARK, I see that downloading the new WALLET we have some good changes and improvements, very good developers, good luck your design be beautiful!

the fact that they continue to work with all their might and do not look at the market deserves respect. there is progress and it is clear that the community is being listened to. developers have plans for offline offline meetings?
Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! Unlike a bank account, nobody can help you if you lose access to your BTC.

Nope, he's right, the hard work will be repaid eventually. See the example above, wallet 2.0 came out like two weeks ago and there's already an upgrade available

Unless you don't leave your home and don't talk to people outside the internet, you should know that most people see cryptocoins as something mysterious and difficult to be involved with. The price manipulation is making things even worse.

Unfortunately it's because of those problems that no matter how good development one project does, there is a limit to its valuation growth since the investors in this space are very limited.

However, at the same time its projects like ARK which pave the road to an accessible blockchain.
"Point, click, blockchain" is their moto for a reason  Wink

I also like their attitude which I recall from an interview, "we don't see competitors in other blockchains, but possible collaborations" they said.
It's the shame mindset we should all have and to support projects which will push the whole space forth.

FABA-BREAK THROUGH IN VENTURE CAPITAL MARKET

All the new team members are very welcomed and much appreciated. I think that with your development speed and the market you are trying to bite, you will definitely need a bigger team.

Anyone has any idea why the coin price is dropping? Not that I care much, but it just seems weird that after such a massive milestone reach, the coin is dropping... Maybe because of the disappointment of what "fork" meant and consequently people are selling?
General bear market is to blame. However, with crypto market in capitulation, any disappoint is certain to be blown out of proportion, hence the decline in price. It's a great time for those who've been waiting for perfect entry though. The recent hiring despite general layoffs in crypto shows that they are committed to the task at hand

I understand the price drop compared to fiat. I do not understand the drops compared to BTC or ETH even. And these price drops can be seen after the implementation of v2, after November 5th. Could the word "fork" be blamed? Maybe after non-ARK people realized that fork does not mean some random free coins, they sold ARKs cause they just don't know/care about the v2?

Who cares about them, the important thing for the knowledgeable is that we will get free coins from projects that will use ARK.
Let's just hope that development teams won't be held back because of the bear market and create awesome things in the ARK ecosystem!

Why we will get free coins from projects that will use Ark? Isn't true, if they want to do it ok but don't expect free coins just because someone is building a chain based on Ark

The new ARK Core v2 has been running stable on the ARK Public Network for some time now, but development isn't slowing down anytime soon. We want to continue to improve, implement new features and adapt to industry standards with input from the community and wider audiences.

So far we had an airdrop from PHANTOM project which however is yet to enter any exchange, so it's not worth anything yet.
It was also a very common practice with Ethereum based tokens during the time when there were 10 new coins every day.

I'm not saying EVERY project built on ARK will airdrop coins to ARK holders, but at least some will do.

Phnatom didn't airdrop anything yet, they just went silent so I'm not so sure that we'll see it any day. Founders had problems with the SEC after all (do you know Centra? They are the same guys)

This could be big if the Phantom.org creator or creators not having problem with the SEC.
I think Phantom is dead, no one should expecting anything coming out of them unless this taking over by the community and not from them. On their bond release they shouldn't even use the computer or internet.
Their ideas are good and I like their roadmap, https://phantom.org/roadmap
