Hi,

So i am looking to create to a bitcoin remittance system, in which people can buy bitcoins and send money across different countries. You go the website. Select what you want to do Remittance or Bitcoin Buying.

If you select remittance, you select the USD amount and you add the receiver email (to whom you want to send money). You pay through credit card after payment he gets a giftcard code on his email. He can redeem this giftcard code on our website for either bitcoins or fiat bank payment to his bank. Bitcoin redemption will be instantly while bank payment will take 24 house (using local exchangers that will be on our website, one or two exchanger from different countries).

If you select buying bitcoin, you select the amount, add your btc address and then pay using credit card to pay. You will get bitcoins instantly.

What do you guys think? Any suggestions for improvement will be welcomed maybe tipped with btc Smiley

I am creating this for newcomers to bitcoin world. I have a friend in China. He wants to send me money. He don't know anything about bitcoins. I given him localbitcoins site to purchase bitcoins for me. He said its to complicated and seller didn't respond quickly so its much hassles. He can't pay me through his bank because fees also money gets stuck sometimes. So purpose of this creation is to make bitcoin buying/remittance easy.

you could have a huge problem with card charge backs. Lets say somebody stoles a creditcard and buys BTC. once you will get under investigation you will have to pay back the funds you got from the card plus your BTC is gone.

That's a universal issue. You can avoid this by adding some barriers like ID card verification. What do you think of the model.

First, you have to deal with worldwide compliances.
Second, you have to deal with credit card / gift card fraud
Third, your rates will never be as good as MoneyGram, Western or TransferWise , and I am talking about the fees and expenses of your platform.

I think you should added more payment option for fiat, like bank local option, of course with verification identity. And other payment option which most people use.

And why no bitcoin payment option for remittance?

No you can't.

Assuming you have a user ID or whatever, you do not have any right to use it in case of a credit card charge dispute.
Even if you do, you will lose the dispute.

I don't know why I need to use the service if I'm going to choose Bitcoin, because this could be done without using Remittance service but for fiat the problem is the conversion rate, the spread between the official and parallel market conversion in my country can be as much as 25% unless you are looking to pay in USD and not local currency
