So, some idiot tried to scam me by double spending transaction. I don't release products in unconfirmed transaction. So as he was a scammer, he double spend and reverse his btc. But now when I'm trying to send my confirmed btc on that address, I'm getting error ( previous unspendable tx Id)

How can this be solve?

Just to make sure: You're trying to send Bitcoin from your address (13bdx4vXVH3gNwfpEnhihFw3e4LPNKRnWo) to somewhere else, and you end up with that error?

What wallet are you using?

That is an issue with their wallet. Contact their support. Users here cannot help you.

Still, its an issue with your wallet service. Since it only allows you minimal influence you have to contact their support team. They probably just have to clean up the double spend from their database, but its nothing you as the user can do.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

I think if you send 2x the same volume, only the transaction with the bigger fee will be confirmed and the other will go back to your wallet, also it can be a little bug from blockchain.info, just avoid web wallets btw.
