You are very rude. XCI Coin blockchain has the same stability as any other CryptoNote blockchain. Network is not very big, that is the reason. Our problem is not in orphans. % of orphans is equal to any other CryptoNote coin. Our problem is in daemon and mining pool software, we are investigating it. Overall XCI blockchain is stable. Please, be polite or stay away from here.
