No fork, just daemon ddos and it was stopped. Now everything is ok. XCI is a best coin for weed, IMO. Devs are super active and doing their stuff right.

Do you see this fork as warning on your xci client? I don't see any warnings on mine. It syncs to the democats blockchain.

this issue was also 4 times at xci.poolcoin.biz ... so that i have give it up, forking happens round about every 24 - 36 h at my pool and needs a complete resync of the chain.
at 5th time i shutdown and delete the pool....
invest so much hashpower into forked trees of blockchain, total lost ~ 0.4 BTC ...

Sry, i have exactly 0 Problems with XCI Wallet 2.0.0 beta on Win7 64.
I started with a self compiled on Ubuntu in a VM and both run smooth and stable, on the same chain.  

Good to see Gorilla is back up!

I understood... but you know, sometimes a new download of software with a fresh install creates miracles...  

Basicly it seems that something is wrong on their OS... but idk.
All i can say (again) my Beta 2.0.0 is running fine on Win7 64, no crash, nothing!

Try to get a clean install of your OS if it's possible and try the wallet again... but that's not an option for everybody.

Hope they/you out there manage it to get the wallet run!  

E: Send (again) a few XCI to my Win wallet and trx was visible immediately. Got 1 confirmation already, rest will follow, it's all good!

slb said that his pool is running not original xcicoin but forknote. I think it is not good to run customized daemons on mining pools. You can produce invalid blocks, that may be the reason of recent work.
