it depends.

right now if you want to play with doge coin the minimum amount of bet is not 0.00000001 Doge but instead it is a lot higher than that so there is no difference when playing with doge or btc.

but if you could make 0.00000001 Doge bets then that could have meant your bankroll is huge with 100-1000 Doge and you can practically never lose with martingale.

I think Bitcoin and Dogecoin bet with the same and do not have a difference, especially in terms of victories. Everything is the same, due to gamble with any coin in my opinion does not affect a person's experience win or not.

DOGE has very low value just 35 sat but BTC has more worth, BTC is more popular and it's much easy to use it and to take withdraw in fiat, I like to play with BTC because I am doing very limited gambling and placing bets only on selective games but playing with DOGE too on dice sites because I have thousands of to play.

Yes I bet your right because here in our country bitcoin only has the cryptocurrency that has a withdrawal in our banks and remittances. DOGE is not popular here but in every trader this currency know very well like me.

Well, I am almost exclusively using Bitcoin for my gambling activities. There is no need for Doge as this alt is not even supported by most casinos.
Bitcoin is accepted everywhere, so there is no problem. As for increasing your winning chances - I don't think that you will have better chance just by using specific crypto.

Yeah right whatever currency used to gamble I think is not too affects victory all still need strategy and luck
but at a certain moment Doge used to accelerate transaction / deposit as I use this time as a contestant in directbet I need a quick transactions so I used Doge if I use the BTC was too long waiting for confirmation.

i dont think there are many places to gamble with Doge ,in my experience only directbet accepts doge and they accept DASH and ETH as well,i would be delighted to see some sites to gamble with doge. The low value of doge excites me because i wanted to play dice for fun and not for the returns.if i am winning big i can always convert it to any currency i want.

I think i will choose bitcoin because not all the place accept doge, and then it is rather difficult to used doge because i need to create doge wallet to deposit and withdraw, after that i need to change to bitcoin to cash out to exchanger, so i think bitcoin is more convenient to use

I dont think that DOGE or any ALT coin will make much difference in increasing the winning chances in any gambling site. but then also most of the site are only supporting BTC only and which ever sites are supporting other altcoin will be having the same winning chances as the houseedge dont changes according to the altcoin it be the same for all coin including bitcoins.

I do online gambling just with Bitcoin for long time. There is no question about even thinking about other alternative coins like Doge or even fiat currency anymore. If I say I started to gamble online more because of Bitcoin will not be exaggerated. Online gambling has its beauty only with Bitcoin.

I have only done doge gambling maybe once or twice, i dont really even use doge that much. I like to gamble with bitcoin, no reason really i just like it have more quantity (money-wise) of bitcoin than any other alt. If you are a causal gambler then it doesn't really matter much which currency you use in the end it comes to only luck.

I do gambling not only with Bitcoin but also with DOGE and other cryptocurrencies as well. Using other altcoins means having more capital available in quantity and there are some games where it really matters. A large portion of my gambling activities still is based on BTC but I didn't refused other altcoins at all.

in my opinion i will prefer to bet with bitcoin only because during continuously betting we need to understand that how much we are betting at single bet in the satoshi unit . so i will.prefer bitcoin gambling only .
secondly consecutive loss gives us the opportunity to gamble with double betting trick with loss .

Just looking in context of dice that really doesn't matter with what you are rolling the dice. All you need is luck to win because having big bankroll in BTC or DOGE doesn't have any impact on the result. If you want to get profit then BTC is good to play few bets. For fun DOGE can be good but I don't prefer it. I will prefer BTC because it is more valuable.

i prefer betting in dice with Dogecoin and i think it actually can change the chance of my success a lot.
it is mainly because of the type of strategy that i am using in dice games. this strategy needs a huge bankroll to support the losses but it is hard to do with bitcoin because of high price of bitcoin and easy to do with doge.

its not about getting an edge while you play with Doge coin it is the value at which you play,i dont mind loosing 10k doge at one go .we must have some active platforms to spend our coins and so it would be a good situation if more gambling sites accepts a wide range of coins.

Almost impossible to lost with martingale betting 0.00000001 DOGE, but we need to win 100.000.000 times to earn equivalent to 36 satoshis 

If there is ultra fast betting bot I think it worth hahaha
(Anyway there is a small risk chance that I believe surely will bust who tries it...)

I would say that whenever I am gambling I would love to use some of my reserved Doge because I don't want my bitcoin to be in risk. I just feel more safe if I won't let my bitcoins to lose as I gamble. And the only way I am gambling with my doge is through dice because I find it very exciting and easy to play with it.

Not all gambling sites accept Doge coin, there are Crypto-games and Directbet for sports betting, I don't know any other site. for me I prefer to bet with Bitcoin as it is the most used crypto coin and the sites which I use for gambling accept only Bitcoin, moreover, I usually don't hold Doge coin.

Although I agree with you but it seems it does not answer the question, OP asked if playing dice using dogecoin can increase your chance of winning/success ? while I do not feel anything when playing dice using dogecoin, all the same there is no difference in opportunity.
the only reason I gamble using dogecoin only for transactions faster.
