I'm trying to get some more people to see this thread, If anyone can help, it'd be highly appreciated. Smiley

I left him some feedback on his profile. It links to this thread, so maybe that will help him find it.

Please delete the undeserved feedback.

I don't think I left any undeserved feedback did I?

My feedback says:

Quote
Outstanding unanswered scam allegation. Appears to be selling trading advice with the promise of a full refund of fees plus losses if you don't recover the cost of the advice within a week, and then reneging on the deal,

Three questions:

Are OP's chat logs accurate?

Did you promise to refund fees plus losses in the event of a net loss?

Did you do as you promised?
Thankh you for understanding the situation, Dooglus.

Like I said, I have nothing to hide, I have been scammed, and I have proof.

I haven't even changed a word in the chat logs, which can be verified, I can make a video of the chat logs or let you or anyone else to check it out via Teamviewer.

MasterTrader, I'd love to ask, you mentioned you had 30 other clients subscribed to your trading advice membership on the 21st of September, is that true or is that a lie?

Not to take away from your being scammed (if the chat logs are unmodified) but the terms of the deal should have been a huge red flag. No one can sanely offer to cover your downside but let you keep the upside, which also means he'd be a lot better off just making those trades himself.

I strongly doubt you'll find much intersection between the sets of people who make money from trading and make money from teach people to trade.

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

Hello Community,

Here we have a client of mine that is upset that he lost money in the crypto market.

I told him before we starting trading together that he needed to be trading with money he could afford to lose, if worst came to worst.

XMR took a major dump after he panic bought a pump that I instructed him would take place.

He got greedy and kept buying when I clear was telling him to exit on the pump.

Got the rug pulled on his FOMO, and lost a bunch.

Can I reimburse clients that make a documented series of mistakes?

No, but what I can do is help one understand the mistakes made, and help clients refrain from the bad behavior.

I had an audio call with this client for about 2 hours, and explained to him the dangers of the market.

I expressed that he'd get his money's worth if he followed my directions to the "T", and not blunder at the keyboard.

He lost money, and didn't follow my directions, and now expects me to pay his losses?

Pretty unfair if you ask me..and now I have another shill on my back.

I have offered my services completely complementary to this client, and he has accepted and declined over the course of the last few weeks.

Very sorry that this client lost money, but it takes the act of making the mistake to learn from it..and let me say - Crypto Mistakes aren't cheap.

Neither is developing a Crypto Currency.

I honestly wish some of you guys really knew the expenses that came along with Crypto development.

So before calling me a scam, put yourselves in my shoes and see that none of this is easy...and I won't ever be brought down from the fud.

I'm still here, always have been, not going anywhere.

Still working RL hustles to fund the development of ToshiDesk.

Major updates on the way with funding.

Funding is the most important part of this whole project, so please treat this like a journey and not a race.

I've put a lot into this already, and maybe have upset a few people along the way...but nobody is perfect, and you can't keep everyone happy.

Its just life, and lets try to keep it moving.

Cheers,

Three questions:

Are OP's chat logs accurate?

Did you promise to refund fees plus losses in the event of a net loss?

Did you do as you promised?

You noticed that he failed to answer any of my three questions too.

mastertrader777:

Ignore the trades that OP made that you didn't tell him to.

There was no agreement that OP wasn't allowed to buy anything that you didn't advise.

Just look at the trades you told him to make.

Would he have made a profit if he had followed your words to the letter?

I don't think so.

Do you like how I am writing every sentence in a new paragraph?

Or does it annoy you?

I know it annoys me.

Please answer my three simple questions.

RHavar also raises a very good point:

"No one can sanely offer to cover your downside but let you keep the upside, which also means he'd be a lot better off just making those trades himself"

Your guarantee makes no sense.

You could just make the trades yourself.

The only way your guarantee makes any sense is if you didn't intend to honor it.

And that makes you a scammer.

In my opinion.

Right now you are spewing complete lies.

We had a short, and rushed phone call which lasted just 30 minutes, you did not even ask me if I had any questions.
Now, stop with the lying boy, don't make me call up Skype and ask them to provide the recording of the call, because I will do that if you make me.

You have 0 proof, whilst I have complete proof of what happened.

You did not express anything that I have to follow your instructions to the T, and I was following your instructions exactly, i just bought 30-40 xmr accidentally, which I resold further down.

We have agreed, that if we go on a loss, you will refund me. Now Pay up. We didn't agree any complimentary service.

You gave me bad calls which made me lose money, you told me to buy at 0.0194 and that it'll go up to 0.02+. Now look at the price, its less than 0.01.

Now please provide proof on the "documented series of events", you keep saying things, but according to the chat logs thats not true.

Oh trust me, I am not spreading FUD, I am just telling the world what happened, I am a honest man, I give credit where its due, but I am also a constructive critic.
You're trying to take credit and make people feel sympathy for you, hah, wont work you ham.

Now, you say you're so occupied with developing toshi desk, oh how sweet of you..
Well, I don't think that's true, you have even given up on the trademark application.. HAH
https://www.bizapedia.com/trademarks/toshidesk-86591596.html

Oh we will keep it moving, but not in a crooked direction, I will get my money back, justice will be served.

Guys, just have a quick look at my evidence, it'll be clear as day to who is right..
He knows how to sweet talk people out of things, his history also shows it..

I bring nothing but truth, I have nothing to hide.

4 Questions for "Master Trader" (which he will probably avoid answering)
1. Are the chat logs accurate?

2. Did you promise to refund fees plus losses in the event of a net loss?

3. Did you do as you promised?

4. Do you have 30 other clients in for your trading advice membership?

BitBerau you got scammed m8.

It's crystal clear after I read the raw logs.
The man promished  "Calls - Charts - TA Analysis - Entry and Exit points" and he agreed on "make a total of .777 or more than that for the week, you will pay back the difference, so itll be all covered."
and what he delivered? A skype call, few words with skype here and there and no cover for more than a week, lol

It is sad he is using his reputation to scam people instead of making a legit business. Lazy man, ofc fooling people is easier than working.

Even if he refunds BitBerau he is still a lazy scam from my point of view.

Well it is quite obvious that OP got ripped off. I mean even with a few hundred BTC's capital he will not be able to move the XMR markets himself that much... Altcoins are a dangerous game to play.

At least you cashed out some of your savings. AFAIK you started with 2.5 BTC and ended up with 1.2 since 1.3 has been scammed? You were lucky that you didn't buy into his "Mastertradercoin" on Bittrex dude.

All you've done is damage control. Anyone with a bit of critical thinking will realise what you've done.

He has practically admitted that he needs to compensate me. LOL check the link below

So keep on blabbing, I am getting impatient. I've got a dox on MT7 ready to drop, I've been holding onto it for a week now, im starting to get itchy fingers..

You are legally binded to a verbal contract, now pay up.

Stay tuned, will be dropping a dox on MasterTrader, soon.
