so high collateral rate, what does that mean? Are you reffering to the borrower should have collateral which has 140% more than their loan amount?
Well, i think it's not too high, but still higher than usual collateral amount (120%)

I say because in my case Jr. member, I could get 0,001btc loan with my account for collateral. He suggests using https://www.bctalkaccountpricer.info/ to analyze the account price. My account worth over 0.014. Logically, I could get at least 0.005btc following the event that the collateral is worth 140% more than the loan amount.

Those its just a guide accounts looks like overpriced using those website, and those is just a reference to people know where the account is being posting, their adress, usually thos info people wanna to know, soo i doubt he will raise any value here even if your account worth 0,10btc, he has a stricted rules soo people which really wanna a loan may ask him or other lender.

I cannot accept gift cards. There is no way for me to hold on to these kinds of thing and they are too easy for Debtors just to register and lock it in their own accounts hence losing my hold on to your collateral.

Giving him access to the account he is providing as collateral is a joke. He can change the password anytime if he still have access to the account without you knowing. He can still claim the bounty to the campaign at the end of Komodo campaign which is on November 20th.

Regarding the access, this is not the normal access. I only gave him access to a VPS where the account is logged in (forever), since I changed the password and email, he cannot change the password or email. I hope this clears your concern.
